Monique Payne, Founder/CEO

 

Monique Payne is an inspiring beacon of hope and resilience, whose life journey has led her to triumph over the darkest of challenges. A survivor of suicide, depression, domestic violence, and rejection, Monique's story is a testament to the power of faith, determination, and the transformative potential of God's love.

Through her personal experiences, Monique discovered a profound calling to make a positive impact in the lives of others facing similar struggles. In response, she founded and serves as the CEO of Girl Get Up Outreach Ministry, a vibrant community dedicated to empowering women to rise above adversity and embrace their true worth in Christ. Guided by her own journey, Monique's ministry provides a safe haven of support, mentorship, and spiritual guidance for women navigating challenging circumstances.

As a passionate advocate for mental health awareness and emotional healing, Monique channels her strength into raising awareness about the importance of destigmatizing mental health struggles. Her own battles with depression and overcoming thoughts of suicide have fueled her commitment to providing resources and a listening ear for those who need it most.

Monique's mission extends beyond her ministry, as she amplifies her message of hope through various platforms. As the host of a thought-provoking podcast, she engages in candid conversations that encourage self-discovery, personal growth, and faith-based resilience. Jayme Dix, Vice President:


Jayme is a Clarksville native. She studied Pastoral Ministry at Lee University and has served in various roles of ministry all over the southeast for the last 20 years. Jayme is a credentialed minister with the Church of God (Cleveland, TN). She is the proud “ParAunt” to Summer & Trey.

  

Laura Montgomery, Secretary

 

Laura is a Middle Tennessee transplant since 1996 and has been a Minister of Worship since 2009. She is married to her drummer companion Matthew. Their most recent ministry together has been travel worship which began in 2020. Laura has 2 adult children (and spouses), Jaclyn (Alex) and Jacob (Kendyl). And her grandson Ace has her wrapped around little finger!
