At Girl Get Up Outreach Ministry, we are excited to announce the launch of our impactHER Financial Services program. Designed to empower women to take control of their financial futures, this program offers comprehensive support and guidance to help women achieve greater financial stability and independence.
Our program consists of an 8-week course covering Credit Rehabilitation, personalized 1:1 Coaching, and Mentoring on crucial topics such as Budgeting, Saving, and Life Insurance. We believe that by equipping women with the knowledge and tools they need to manage their finances effectively, we can help them build a solid foundation for a brighter future.

Omega Tandy #HonorYourImpact
Omega is a wife of 13 years, and a mother of 3. She spent 20 years as a high level basketball player and coach. During that time she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology. After losing her job 2019, she experienced a period of homelessness. From that experience was birthed her financial firm! She is fully insurance licensed and also holds the Series 6, 63, and 26 licenses. Her brokerage also has mortgage loan underwriting licenses to help resolve the systemic practices that happen during the underwriting process. Omega went from homeless to history in the finance industry, and wants to take everyone she can with her to financial freedom!
Deborah Johnson #HonorYourImpact
Deborah has one daughter and two grandchildren. Her undergraduate degree from Austin Peay State University is a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She has a Master of Arts in Organization Management from Trevecca Nazarene University. Deborah recently retired from the City of Clarksville where the majority of her career was with the Finance Department. The last three years were with the Neighborhood & Community Services department where she was the Deputy Director. Deborah is fully licensed for life insurance. She loves spending time with her family, reading, working crossword puzzles and singing. Her desire is to help to educate the minority community, especially Black women, about financial literacy and wealth building opportunities.
Tenesha Bledsoe 3rd Heaven Enterprises
Tenesha Bledsoe was born and raised in Auburn Alabama. She is a graduate of Troy University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology. She is the mom of 4 beautiful children (3 boys,1 girl). Growing up she always had a passion for helping others and have always strived to be my best self no matter what curve balls were thrown her way. Recently, Tenesha started on her latest business venture and launched 3rd Heaven Enterprises. At 3rd Heaven , we assist with dispatching for the trucking industry and we also assist clients with credit repair. Both are very lucrative industries where you can meet new people and become successful. This is only the beginning for me and I can only give all thanks to my Heavenly Father for bringing me this far!
